½ pound ground beef
½ pound Italian sausage
1 cup red wine
2 cups whole milk
1 24oz jar COSTANTINO'S KITCHEN GRANDMA ANGIE'S TOMATO BASIL Pasta Sauce
1 pound Pappardelle noodles
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef and sausage in stockpot until all the pink is gone. Deglaze with the red wine and reduce until nearly all the liquid is gone, about 5 minutes. Add the milk and reduce until it is almost gone, another 5 minutes. Add pasta sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about half an hour.
Cook pasta in salted boiling water. until al dente. Toss with sauce and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
